We all love bread. Nobody can deny it. Especially sourdough bread. Bread, the way it used to be…. And still can be.
Creation of an incredible taste using just flour and water? This must be alchemy. You mix those together, wait several days and suddenly there is this mysterious substance which will turn your bread into a delicious pleasure – the sourdough starter.
For me, the first step of the challenge was to create a starter that would make this incredible taste in bread possible. I am very proud of the result and I love sharing this taste with others and witnessing their satisfaction…
This is not my day job, not even my job. It is a passion. How could I otherwise go through a 24 hour cycle to bake couple of loaves and stay exited about it?
